New Year's Eve at the Promontory

Celebrate the new year with a special three course prix fixe on December 31 at the Promontory alongside our regular menu offerings. In addition, we are launching our Champagne & Caviar option, available upon request 24 hours in advance, which can be ordered alone or with dinner.

herb farce, golden & candy striped beets, blood orange vinaigrette, arugula

Filet Mignon
black eyed pea purée, hunter sauce, grilled chanterelles, seasonal vegetables

Orders serve two caviar aficionados generously, or offer the perfect apertif course for four. Each reservation includes:

One bottle of Piper-Heidseick Brut Cuvee 1785

Chilled Remy Martin V eau-de-vie de vin

1 oz of Black River Ossetra caviar with classic accompaniments including blinis from the hearth, creme fraiche, pickled onion, egg, fine herbs, and seasonal house specialties
