New Year's Eve at Dusek's

Ring in 2018 with a feast at Dusek’s Board & Beer. On New Year’s Eve, we’ll offer a five-course menu at 6 PM and a seven-course menu with a champagne toast at 9:30 PM. Add in our beer pairings for $25/person or wine pairings for $35/person to create the ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration.

  • Amuse
  • Roasted pumpkin salad with charred onions, goats milk and pomegranate
  • Chestnut gnocchi with porcini ragu, black truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Beef short rib with sweet potato, foie gras dumpling, roasted Treviso, and chanterelle mushrooms
  • Ponche Crema with cream punch-soaked cake, tonka bean-white chocolate mousse, goat milk jam, spiced coconut foam, cashew, and lemon

Seven Course Menu + Champagne Toast
9:30 PM | $95/person

  • Amuse
  • Beetroot cured salmon with dill, crème fraiche, horseradish and caraway oat crisps
  • Roasted pumpkin salad with charred onion’s, goats milk and pomegranate
  • Chestnut gnocchi with porcini ragu, black truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Hokkaido Scallop with duck consommé, charred leeks and guanciale
  • Veal torchon with poached tuna sabayon, caviar, chicory greens, shallot and capers
  • Beef short rib with sweet potato, foie gras dumpling, roasted Treviso and chanterelle mushrooms
  • Ponche Crema with cream punch-soaked cake, tonka bean-white chocolate mousse, goat milk jam, spiced coconut foam, cashew, and lemon
