Lucky Southern New Year’s Eve Dinner
According to Southern lore, you will enjoy good luck for the entire year if you have a traditional Southern New Year’s dinner. Executive Chef David Wang is offering a Saint Lou’s take on this custom on December 31 with a five course feast available from 5 PM until midnight for $55. Wine pairings, including Piper Heidsieck champagne, are available for $35.
- Cornmeal hoecake with caviar and bacon
- Kimchi ham hock and collard greens pierogi, pot likker jus, and crème fraîche
- Smoked trout cake, frisée, pickled mustard seeds, green goddess, and sumac
- Roast pork belly with Hoppin’ John
- Calas and sorghum syrup
