This month at we're celebrating natural wines with a four-course meal from our executive chef and wine pairings by 57th Street Wines Sommelier Derrick Westbrook.
1st Course: Moules Farcies - Hearth-roasted blue point mussels sautéed with smoked beurre de fruits de mer, chives, cherry tomatoes, and toasted ciabatta.
2nd Course: Arrabiata Pappardelle - Spicy arrabiata sauce, yellow squash, shaved grana padano, and basil purée.
3rd Course: New York Strip Steak - Hearth-grilled New York strip steak with caramelized onion jus and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert: Chocolate Terrine - Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, peanut butter, and raspberry coulis.
