May 14: Mother's Day Lunch at Saint Lou's
Chef Carlos Cruz will serve his own version of the classic Cubano sandwich as an ode to his upbringing and dear momma, who is Cuban.
The sandwich will include house made lechon, a sliced roasted suckling pig, as well as Swiss cheese, zucchini pickles and dijonnaise all packed inside a fresh tolero roll, available for $13.
Guests can also spoil mom with Lou’s regular brunch menu, with offerings that include Country Fried Steak, Banana Bread French Toast, Bucket of Chicken & Waffles and much more. Brunch hours are 9am-3pm, reservations can be made here.
